Proof of address in IrelandUtility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months at your Irish address.
Evidence of needJob offer letter, employer letter, school acceptance letter, HAP application letter, or other document showing why you need the PPS number now.
No IRP card needed for EU/EEA citizensUnlike non-EU applicants, you don't need an Irish Residence Permit. Your EU passport or ID card is sufficient proof of your right to be in Ireland.
