Are Ukrainians eligible for a PSC?
Yes. Ukrainian nationals who have been granted Temporary Protection in Ireland are eligible for a PSC through the standard SAFE registration process at DSP Intreo offices.
You do not need an IRP card. Your Temporary Protection status, confirmed by a letter from the Department of Justice, serves as sufficient immigration permission for SAFE registration.
